THE MASTERWORK EDITION
The intersection of light and physics.
The Lumachrome™ Process
Unlike standard printing, the Lumachrome process captures the image in a transparency layer infused with iridium particles. This layer is then face-mounted to the acrylic, creating a proprietary "holographic" depth. Light enters the surface, refracts off the iridium, and illuminates the image from within.
The Surface
TruLife™ Acrylic We do not use standard glass. Every Masterwork is encased in TruLife™ Acrylic—the same material used in the world’s leading museums to protect antiquity.
Anti-Reflective
Eliminates 99% of glare, ensuring your view is never obstructed by reflections.
Abrasion Resistant
A durable hard-coat protects the surface from micro-scratches.
99% UV Protection
Archival stability for 120+ years.
The Result
A three-dimensional window into the microcosm, finished with diamond-polished edges.

This macro shot perfectly illustrates the engineering behind a Lumachrome Masterwork. It's not just a print; it's a composite optic.
Here is the breakdown of the layers seen in the image:
Top Layer (The Optic): TruLife™ Acrylic Face Mount
This is the 1/4" thick, optically pure acrylic that gives the image its "wet" look and incredible depth.
Middle Layer (The Art): Lumachrome™ Print Layer
This is the actual print—a transparency infused with iridium particles that is face-mounted to the acrylic, allowing light to pass through and reflect off the backing.
Bottom Layer (The Structure)
Dibond® Aluminum Composite Backing. This provides the rigid, archival substrate that keeps the entire piece perfectly flat and secure.
Side-by-side comparison of Standard Acrylic versus TruLife Anti-Reflective Acrylic on a framed Emerald Nebula print, demonstrating the superior clarity, reduced glare, and color vibrancy of the museum-grade TruLife option.
The Surface
Museum-Grade TruLife™ Acrylic
We do not use standard "non-glare" acrylic, which can dull the image. Instead, we face-mount every Masterwork to TruLife™ Acrylic—the same anti-reflective material used to protect antiquity in the world's leading museums.
Zero Reflection
An optical coating eliminates 99% of glare without the "haze" of traditional matte surfaces.
Diamond Clarity
The acrylic is optically pure, allowing the microscopic details of the macro photography to pass through without distortion.
Abrasion Resistant
A durable hard-coat protects the surface from cleaning and handling.

THE DISPLAY: OPTICAL WEIGHT
A Masterwork is a substantial physical object. At 40x60 inches, the piece has a significant visual and physical presence.
The 1/4" Optical Deck: The thick layer of TruLife™ acrylic acts as a lens, pulling light into the print and magnifying the iridescent details of the Lumachrome layer beneath it.
The Museum Float: Like the Signature Edition, it floats 3/4" off the wall. However, due to the weight of the acrylic and aluminum backing, a heavy-duty aluminum French cleat system is used to ensure a flush, secure, and perfectly level installation.
THE SIGNATURE EDITION
ARCHITECTURAL MINIMALISM.  INDUSTRIAL DURABILITY.
The Process
Dye-Sublimation This is not a print on metal; it is a print in metal. We use extreme heat and pressure to turn the ink into a gas, infusing it directly into the specialized coating of the aluminum.
The Surface
ChromaLuxe™ Aluminum
High-Gloss Vibrancy
The white base coat allows colors to pop with an internal luminescence similar to the Masterworks, but with a sleeker, lighter profile.
Impervious
Waterproof, heat-resistant, and scratch-resistant. You can clean this art with glass cleaner.
The Display: The Float Mount
No heavy frames. No glass. The artwork floats 3/4" off the wall using a hidden aluminum inset frame, creating a drop shadow that gives the piece a sculptural presence.
Side angle view of a frameless ChromaLuxe metal print on a concrete wall, showing the ultra-slim profile and modern aesthetic of the Signature Edition.
THE DISPLAY: ARCHITECTURAL FLOAT
The Signature Edition requires no frame. Like the Masterwork Edition, it floats 3/4" off the wall using a hidden aluminum sub-frame.
The Shadow Gap
This offset creates a precise drop shadow, giving the ultra-thin (1.2mm) metal sheet a sculptural, three-dimensional presence.
Modern Profile
The artwork appears to hover, preserving the clean lines of modern interiors without the visual weight of traditional framing.
